Consulting Resume + Interview Story Sprint

George U.
By George U.Consulting Resumes & Behavioral Interviews | Strategy& | Booth MBA

Build the two pieces of your consulting story that recruiters and interviewers see first: your resume and your behavioral examples. Across two 60-minute live sessions, we’ll turn your experience into a clearer, more credible consulting narrative. Session 1 — Resume & positioning: review one resume against one target role; diagnose positioning gaps; rewrite highest-impact bullets; prioritize remaining edits. Session 2 — Behavioral story practice: refine your ‘Tell me about yourself’ answer; pressure-test leadership, teamwork, challenge, and impact examples; complete a focused mock interview with direct feedback. After each session: a short written recap, sent within two business days. You’ll also receive a final practice plan connecting your resume narrative to your interview stories. Best for consulting candidates and MBA students preparing for recruiting. Please send one resume, one target job description, and 3–5 possible behavioral examples at least 24 hours before Session 1. Case interview preparation, full resume rewrites, confidential recruiting materials, additional revision rounds, and ongoing messaging are not included. No interview or hiring outcome is guaranteed.

Consulting Resumes & Behavioral Interviews | Strategy& | Booth MBA

I help consulting candidates, MBA students, and early-career professionals turn strong experience into clear, credible career stories—especially for resumes, recruiting, and behavioral interviews. I’m currently a Senior Associate at Strategy&. Before Booth, I spent three years at Accenture, progressing from Analyst to Senior Analyst while working across strategy, operating model design, technology adoption, and large-scale transformation. I earned my MBA from Chicago Booth, where I served as an Admissions Fellow interviewing MBA applicants. Earlier in my career, I supported students through USC Marshall Career Services, and over the past five years I’ve coached 60+ people on resumes, interviews, recruiting, and career decisions. My coaching is practical and evidence-based. We work from what you actually did: what you owned, the decisions you made, the impact you created, and what makes the experience relevant to the opportunity you want next. I’m particularly helpful if you’re trying to: • sharpen a consulting or strategy resume • prepare for behavioral and fit interviews • develop stronger leadership and impact stories • position yourself for a career transition • explain a nonlinear or multidisciplinary background • improve your networking and personal positioning I also founded and shipped rmmbrly, a technology startup, giving me firsthand experience navigating recruiting, entrepreneurship, and an unconventional professional story. You’ll leave each session with direct feedback, concrete edits or usable story structures, and specific next steps—not generic career advice. I provide coaching independently based on my own experience and do not represent any employer or university through these services.
