Designing Sustainable Careers
If you have spent the last few years quietly wondering whether the pace, the design, or the fit of your current career is actually sustainable — this session is built for that question. We will not talk about quitting. We will not build a five-year plan. We will do the specific diagnostic work that separates a career you can sustain from one that will eventually sustain itself on your expense. Over the course of four to six hours of coaching, we will: -Audit your energy -Identify the specific activities, relationships, and conditions that fuel you and drain you -Name the pattern you have been avoiding -Diagnose the design -Separate the boundaries that are actually structural from the ones that only look like boundaries -Map your portfolio -Decenter work as the sole source of identity, income, and meaning — without shrinking your ambition -Develop a realistic and actionable roadmap for moving forward Who This Session Is For: Mid-career and senior professionals who are performing well, looking successful, and privately recalculating how long the current design can hold. Particularly useful for leaders considering whether the next move is a job change, a role redesign, or a structural shift inside the life they already have. What You Will Leave With A clear read of what your current career is costing you, a realistic design for what would make staying possible, and a specific experiment to run in the next 30 days. What This Session Is Not Not therapy. Not a wellness intervention. Not a push toward a pivot you are not ready to make. This is strategic, structural coaching designed for professionals who want precision, not performance.
What's included

Transform Your Career with a Seasoned Leader and Trusted Advisor
I’ve built a career that spans law, higher education, and the nonprofit world, all while working in elite institutions and on scrappy, under-resourced teams with enormous impact. Along the way, I’ve launched new offices and functions, forged collaborations across cultures, and stepped away from paths that no longer aligned with my values. I know firsthand what it means to be the first in your family to graduate from college, apply to and attend professional school, and navigate the corporate world. I know what it is like to be “the only” woman or person of color in the room, to navigate impostor feelings, and to face bias head-on. I’ve mentored and coached others through law school admissions, interview processes, career transitions, salary negotiations, conflict on teams, and the challenges of being a first-generation professional. What has sustained me through each chapter of my journey has been the wisdom, encouragement, and honest counsel of those who chose to share their knowledge. My own success has been shaped by those conversations, and now I am committed to paying that forward. As your coach, I offer a sounding board, a strategic partner, and a trusted guide. Together, we’ll clarify your goals, align your career with your values and strengths, and build the confidence and strategies you need to thrive. My mission is simple: to help you honor your worth and create a path that feels authentic, purposeful, and sustainable.
