From Doubt to Discernment Coaching Package
Not all self-doubt is irrational, and not all barriers are internal. This coaching package, available as a 4 or 6-hour engagement, is designed for accomplished professionals who are ready to do the deeper work of separating what's happening inside from what's happening around them. Together, we examine your internal dialogue around competence and achievement, identify when impostor phenomenon is driving the doubt, and get honest about when racism, sexism, and other oppressive systems are the actual problem — not you. Because when you've spent years navigating environments that were not built for you, it can be hard to know which voice to trust. This work helps you find that line. During the coaching engagement, we will explore: • How impostor phenomenon appears in your professional experience • The internal narratives that shape how you interpret success and failure • Behavioral patterns such as over-preparing, perfectionism, or self-silencing • The role of organizational culture, bias, and professional dynamics • Practical strategies for navigating high-visibility situations with greater clarity Our work together may include: • A coaching diagnostic to identify impostor patterns • Career narrative reflection exercises • Internal vs. external mapping tools • Behavioral experiments to test new professional approaches • Authority statement development to help articulate your expertise This is for you if you're accomplished but the confidence hasn't caught up with the evidence, you're tired of internalizing what is actually systemic, and you're ready to lead from a place of grounded self-trust.

Transform Your Career with a Seasoned Leader and Trusted Advisor
I’ve built a career that spans law, higher education, and the nonprofit world, all while working in elite institutions and on scrappy, under-resourced teams with enormous impact. Along the way, I’ve launched new offices and functions, forged collaborations across cultures, and stepped away from paths that no longer aligned with my values. I know firsthand what it means to be the first in your family to graduate from college, apply to and attend professional school, and navigate the corporate world. I know what it is like to be “the only” woman or person of color in the room, to navigate impostor feelings, and to face bias head-on. I’ve mentored and coached others through law school admissions, interview processes, career transitions, salary negotiations, conflict on teams, and the challenges of being a first-generation professional. What has sustained me through each chapter of my journey has been the wisdom, encouragement, and honest counsel of those who chose to share their knowledge. My own success has been shaped by those conversations, and now I am committed to paying that forward. As your coach, I offer a sounding board, a strategic partner, and a trusted guide. Together, we’ll clarify your goals, align your career with your values and strengths, and build the confidence and strategies you need to thrive. My mission is simple: to help you honor your worth and create a path that feels authentic, purposeful, and sustainable.
