Mindset, Performance & Leadership in Media & Entertainment Success in media and entertainment isn't determined by expertise alone. As your responsibilities grow, your ability to think clearly, communicate effectively, navigate complex relationships, make sound decisions, and perform under pressure becomes increasingly important. This coaching program is designed for media and entertainment professionals, managers, and emerging leaders who want to increase their effectiveness, navigate pivotal career moments, and create greater impact in their work. Whether you're taking on greater responsibility, preparing for a promotion, navigating a career transition, adjusting to organizational change, or simply looking to perform at a higher level, we'll focus on the mindset, behaviors, and leadership capabilities that can help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Drawing on my experience in strategic roles at Paramount and my Executive MBA education from Brown University and IE Business School, I bring an industry-informed perspective to our work. As a coach, I'll help you think more deeply, challenge assumptions, recognize your strengths, and turn insight into purposeful action. Here's what we'll work on: Mindset & Self-Awareness We'll examine the beliefs, assumptions, and patterns that influence how you show up professionally. You'll build self-awareness and confidence while identifying mindset shifts that help you approach challenges more intentionally. Performance & Effectiveness We'll identify the behaviors and capabilities that can help you perform at a higher level. Depending on your goals, we may work on strategic communication, decision-making, prioritization, accountability, managing pressure, receiving feedback, or translating your strengths into consistent performance. Leadership & Influence Leadership isn't limited to having a title. We'll explore how you communicate, build trust, influence stakeholders, manage relationships, and lead effectively—whether you're an emerging leader, an experienced manager, or preparing for your next level of responsibility. Navigating Media & Entertainment Organizations Media and entertainment organizations are often complex, fast-moving, highly collaborative, and matrixed. Success can require navigating competing stakeholder interests across creative, business, and operational priorities. We'll work on managing ambiguity, navigating organizational dynamics and change, and developing the judgment and approach that work best for your unique circumstances. Career Growth & Transitions Your career isn't simply a series of job titles. We'll examine where you want to go, how you're positioning yourself, what may be getting in your way, and what actions can move you toward your next opportunity—whether that's advancement, a new role, a career transition, or greater impact where you are. What you can expect from our work This is a partnership, not a formula. I'll listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, challenge your thinking, provide honest feedback, and help you turn insight into action. When useful, I'll also draw on my experience in media and entertainment to provide industry context and perspective. My role isn't to tell you what your career should look like or give you a predetermined playbook. It's to help you develop greater clarity about what you want, confidence in what you bring, and the judgment to make decisions that are right for you. By the end of our work, my goal is for you to have a clearer sense of direction, a stronger understanding of your strengths, greater confidence in how you show up, and practical strategies you can apply immediately. Together, we'll work to help you move from reacting to challenges to approaching them with greater clarity, confidence, and intention—so you can perform more effectively, lead with greater impact, and navigate your career with stronger judgment.

When we work together, we're entering a partnership. I believe you bring valuable experience, perspective, and strengths to the table, regardless of where you are in your career. My role is to help you recognize those strengths, challenge your thinking, and turn your goals into meaningful action. Whether you're navigating a career transition, pursuing a promotion, entering a new industry, or looking to perform at a higher level, my goal is to help you see the impact you're capable of making. I consider myself both a coach and a mentor, and I believe there is an important difference between the two. As your coach, I will listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions, provide honest feedback, and help you develop greater clarity, confidence, and accountability. I'll help you identify what's holding you back and determine the next steps that are right for you. As your mentor, I draw on my experience in media and entertainment, leadership, strategy, and working within complex organizational environments. I understand that professional success isn't only about what you know—it's also about how you communicate your value, position your experience, navigate organizations, build relationships, and perform when the stakes are high. I'll help you translate your background into a compelling professional story and value proposition that hiring managers, leaders, and decision-makers can understand. I won't simply tell you what to do. We'll work together to uncover the approach that fits your goals, strengths, and circumstances. I'll celebrate your wins, challenge you when necessary, and help you turn setbacks into opportunities to learn and move forward. My goal is for you to leave our work together with more than advice. I want you to have greater clarity about where you're going, greater confidence in what you bring to the table, and practical strategies you can use to perform at your best—and create the impact you're capable of making.

Media & Entertainment Leadership, Performance & Career Coaching

Growing up, my parents thought I would become a teacher. During summer breaks, I would even teach my younger siblings. Instead, I found my way into the fast-paced world of media and entertainment—but the teacher in me never really left. Throughout my career, I've often found myself in conversations where people sought my perspective on their careers, challenges, and next steps. Those conversations grew into mentoring, and over time, helping people recognize their strengths, navigate important transitions, and grow into greater responsibility became increasingly meaningful to me. That interest eventually led me to coaching. What drew me to it was the opportunity not simply to give advice, but to help people think more deeply, see possibilities they may have overlooked, and develop the confidence and judgment to determine their own path forward. In many ways, coaching brings together two things that have been part of my story for a long time: a desire to help people grow and a love for the media and entertainment industry. I want to use both to help people build meaningful careers, become more effective leaders, and make an impact on an industry that continues to evolve.
