Careers in media and entertainment rarely follow a straight line. Opportunities emerge, organizations restructure, industries evolve, and sometimes the next step isn't immediately obvious. Whether you're pursuing a promotion, considering a career pivot, moving into a new function, navigating organizational change, or deciding what comes next, these moments require clarity, sound judgment, and intentional action. This coaching package is designed for media and entertainment professionals who want to take greater ownership of where their careers are going and develop a thoughtful strategy for getting there. Whether you know exactly what you want next or are still figuring it out, we'll work together to clarify your goals, evaluate your options, understand the value you bring, identify what may stand between you and your next opportunity, and translate those insights into action. Drawing on my experience in strategic roles at Paramount and my Executive MBA education from Brown University and IE Business School, I bring an industry-informed perspective to our work. As your coach, I'll help you develop your own clarity, judgment, and actions. When useful, I'll also draw on my media and entertainment experience to provide industry context and perspective. Here's what we'll work on: Career Clarity & Decision-Making We'll take a thoughtful look at where you are today, where you want to go, and the choices in front of you. Whether you're deciding between opportunities, considering a pivot, pursuing management, or questioning whether it's time for a change, we'll evaluate your options against your strengths, priorities, and longer-term goals. Professional Positioning & Your Career Story Your experience has value, but others need to understand that value. We'll connect the different pieces of your experience and strengthen how you communicate what you bring to the table, the impact you've made, and where you can contribute next. Career Advancement Strategy If you're pursuing a promotion or greater responsibility, we'll examine what the next level requires and how you're currently positioned. This can include strengthening your visibility and impact, identifying development opportunities, building important stakeholder and sponsor relationships, and preparing for conversations about advancement. Navigating Career Transitions Transitions can be particularly challenging when you're moving between functions, organizations, or areas of the industry. We'll identify transferable strengths, potential gaps, and opportunities, and develop a strategy for positioning your experience effectively in a changing media and entertainment landscape. Networking & Relationship Strategy Relationships are an important part of building a career in media and entertainment. We'll identify relationships worth developing and create a networking approach that feels authentic, purposeful, and connected to your longer-term career direction. Career Tools & Execution When relevant, our work can include résumé review, interview preparation, and compensation or salary negotiation. These tools will support your broader career strategy rather than become the sole focus of our work. Turning Strategy Into Action Insight matters only when it leads to action. Throughout our work, we'll identify practical steps between sessions, assess your progress, address obstacles, and adjust your strategy as new information emerges. You'll develop a personalized career action plan that identifies your priorities, next steps, key relationships to build, potential skill or experience gaps, and actions you can start taking now. I'll listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions, provide honest feedback, and help you evaluate your options from different perspectives. My role isn't to choose your career path for you. It's to help you develop the clarity, confidence, and judgment to make decisions that are right for you. The goal isn't simply to help you land your next role. It's to help you become more intentional about building a career in media and entertainment that can keep growing, evolving, and creating opportunities over time.

I approach coaching as a partnership. You bring your experiences, ambitions, strengths, and knowledge of your circumstances; I bring thoughtful questions, honest feedback, accountability, and an industry-informed perspective. My style is supportive but challenging. I'll listen deeply and create space for you to think, while also asking questions that may push you to examine assumptions, consider different perspectives, and clarify what you really want. I won't simply tell you what to do. My goal is to help you strengthen your own judgment and develop an approach that works for your goals and circumstances. When useful, I'll also draw on my experience working in media and entertainment to provide context, perspective, and practical insight. This allows our work to combine coaching with mentoring while keeping you at the center of the decision-making process. Our sessions will be action-oriented. We'll identify meaningful next steps, reflect on what you're learning, address obstacles as they arise, and adjust your strategy as your goals or circumstances evolve. Ultimately, I want our work together to help you become more intentional about your career—not just solve the immediate challenge in front of you.

Media & Entertainment Leadership, Performance & Career Coaching

Growing up, my parents thought I would become a teacher. During summer breaks, I would even teach my younger siblings. Instead, I found my way into the fast-paced world of media and entertainment—but the teacher in me never really left. Throughout my career, I've often found myself in conversations where people sought my perspective on their careers, challenges, and next steps. Those conversations grew into mentoring, and over time, helping people recognize their strengths, navigate important transitions, and grow into greater responsibility became increasingly meaningful to me. That interest eventually led me to coaching. What drew me to it was the opportunity not simply to give advice, but to help people think more deeply, see possibilities they may have overlooked, and develop the confidence and judgment to determine their own path forward. In many ways, coaching brings together two things that have been part of my story for a long time: a desire to help people grow and a love for the media and entertainment industry. I want to use both to help people build meaningful careers, become more effective leaders, and make an impact on an industry that continues to evolve.
