Think Again: A Leadership Reset for Better Decisions and Better Results
You can learn a new leadership model, change your strategy, or attend another workshop, but if the thinking underneath the way you lead doesn't change, chances are you'll find yourself right back where you started. Think Again is leadership coaching designed to help you look beyond what you're doing and examine the thinking that's driving it. But insight alone doesn't create change. What you discover in coaching has to show up in what you do next. After years of coaching and developing leaders in a Fortune 100 environment, I've learned that leadership challenges aren't always skill problems. Sometimes they're thinking problems: an assumption you haven't questioned, a conversation you're avoiding, a need to have all the answers, or a habit of taking on too much. Here's what we'll explore together: Decision-Making & Problem-Solving: Challenge assumptions, consider new perspectives, and make decisions with greater clarity and confidence. Communication & Conflict: Work through difficult conversations, communicate expectations more clearly, and recognize what's influencing how you respond. Leadership Mindset: Identify the thoughts, beliefs, and expectations shaping the way you lead and challenge the ones that need to change. Action & Accountability: Turn insight into specific actions between sessions. We'll revisit what you committed to, what happened when you tried it, what you learned, and what needs to change next. Our coaching will focus on the real leadership situations you're facing right now. We'll think differently, decide what you're going to do differently, and then come back to see what actually happened. Because better leadership doesn't come from knowing more. It comes from thinking differently and doing something with it.
What's included
My coaching style is conversational, direct, and curious. I ask questions that help you look beyond the obvious answer and examine the thinking behind how you're leading, deciding, and responding. Our live sessions focus on real leadership situations you're facing right now. Together, we'll challenge assumptions, explore different perspectives, and turn what you discover into specific actions you can put into practice. Between sessions, the work continues. You'll have opportunities to check in, reflect on what happened when you tried something differently, and stay accountable to the actions you committed to. I won't tell you how to lead. I'll help you think differently about how you lead, decide what you want to do differently, and hold you accountable for putting it into practice.
- Recognize the thought patterns and assumptions influencing how you lead.
- Make difficult decisions with greater clarity and confidence.
- Approach challenging conversations with a clear plan instead of avoiding or reacting to them.
- Turn coaching insights into specific actions and follow through with accountability.
- Build a practical leadership approach you can continue using long after coaching ends.

Your Leadership Changes When Your Thinking Does
My life and career have taken a few turns I never expected, and I think that’s part of what has made me the coach I am today. I spent many years working for a Fortune 100 company, where my career eventually led me into leadership, facilitation, and coaching. I loved the work, but what I loved most was the people. I was always curious about what made someone think the way they did, what was getting in their way, and what might change if they looked at the situation a little differently. Eventually, coaching became much more than something I did at work. It became work I genuinely cared about. I’m a wife, a mom, a Christian, a coach, and now I’m writing my first book. Life has taught me that we can carry things people have said about us, things that have happened to us, and even things we’ve told ourselves for so long that we stop asking whether they’re actually true. I know what it’s like to have to question some of those things in my own life, too. I love good conversations, good questions, traveling and seeing new places, writing, spending time with my family, and laughing at things that probably shouldn’t be as funny as they are. I also genuinely hate deciding what to make for dinner. I don’t have all the answers, and I don’t believe a good coach is supposed to. What I do have is a lot of curiosity, years of experience sitting across from people as they work things out, and a belief that sometimes the right question at the right time can change everything.
