The Renewed Woman Blueprint is faith-centered coaching for women who have spent so much time adjusting, keeping the peace, second-guessing themselves, or trying to meet someone else's expectations that they aren't quite sure what they think, what they want, or who they are anymore. This isn't about going back and becoming the woman you used to be. You may not even remember who that woman was. It's about discovering who you are now and learning to recognize the difference between your own voice, the messages you've carried from others, and the truth of who God says you are. Your Blueprint Includes Six private one-on-one coaching sessions, along with reflection and limited support between sessions. Each session builds on what you're discovering while still leaving room for us to work with what's happening in your life right now. This isn't a rigid six-step program. It's personal coaching centered around you, your story, and where you want to go from here. Here's what we'll work through together: Reclaiming Your Voice We'll look at the places where you've learned to silence yourself, over-explain your choices, question your judgment, or look to someone else for permission or approval. You'll begin recognizing what you think, what you need, and what you want without immediately questioning or talking yourself out of it. Rediscovering Your Identity We'll explore the beliefs and labels you've collected along the way and ask an important question: Are they actually true? Through reflection and powerful coaching questions, we'll begin separating who you've been told you are from who you actually are. Renewing Your Thinking We'll identify thought patterns that keep pulling you back into doubt, guilt, fear, or old ways of responding. This isn't about simply “thinking positively.” It's about learning to recognize thoughts that aren't serving you, challenge what isn't true, and begin building new patterns of thinking grounded in truth. Reconnecting With Your Faith Faith is woven throughout our work together. We'll explore what Scripture says about your worth, identity, voice, and who God created you to be. The goal is to begin allowing God's truth to become louder than the voices and experiences that have shaped the way you see yourself. Throughout our work together, you won't be told what to do or handed another formula for your life. I'll listen, ask questions, challenge you when appropriate, and create a space where you can be honest enough to hear yourself think again. The goal isn't to create a new version of you. It's to help you discover the woman who no longer needs someone else to tell her who she is.

Our work together is a mix of live one-on-one coaching and support between sessions. Our live sessions are conversational and personal. I listen closely, ask questions, challenge assumptions when needed, and help you slow down long enough to recognize what you actually think and believe. The work doesn't stop when the session ends. Between sessions, you'll have opportunities to reflect, notice old thought patterns as they show up in real life, and practice responding differently. You can also check in with me to share what you're noticing or ask questions that come up along the way. I won't tell you who you should be or hand you a formula to follow. My role is to help you ask better questions, recognize what may no longer be true, and begin trusting your own voice while keeping God's truth at the center of our work.

  • Recognize your own voice and express what you think, need, and want with greater confidence.
  • Separate who you are from the labels, expectations, and opinions you've carried from others.
  • Identify the thought patterns that lead you to second-guess yourself and begin replacing them with healthier ones.
  • Make choices with greater confidence without automatically seeking approval or questioning your judgment.
  • Strengthen your identity and faith by learning to see yourself through the truth of what God says about you

What If What You Believe About Yourself Isn’t True?

My life and career have taken a few turns I never expected, and I think that’s part of what has made me the coach I am today. I spent many years working for a Fortune 100 company, where my career eventually led me into leadership, facilitation, and coaching. I loved the work, but what I loved most was the people. I was always curious about what made someone think the way they did, what was getting in their way, and what might change if they looked at the situation a little differently. Eventually, coaching became much more than something I did at work. It became work I genuinely cared about. I’m a wife, a mom, a Christian, a coach, and now I’m writing my first book. Life has taught me that we can carry things people have said about us, things that have happened to us, and even things we’ve told ourselves for so long that we stop asking whether they’re actually true. I know what it’s like to have to question some of those things in my own life, too. I love good conversations, good questions, traveling and seeing new places, writing, spending time with my family, and laughing at things that probably shouldn’t be as funny as they are. I also genuinely hate deciding what to make for dinner. I don’t have all the answers, and I don’t believe a good coach is supposed to. What I do have is a lot of curiosity, years of experience sitting across from people as they work things out, and a belief that sometimes the right question at the right time can change everything.
