Start to Offer: 20-Hour Career Coaching for Pharma and HLS Consulting A full program for MBA graduates and career switchers moving into healthcare and life sciences consulting or pharma commercial strategy. Over 10–12 weeks, we take you from positioning to a signed offer, with repeated mock interviews timed to your live interview rounds. How it works 1. Kickoff and positioning (3 hours): We review your background, goals and current pipeline, then build your career-switcher narrative and your story for each track: consulting and industry. You leave with a prioritized list of 20–30 target firms and companies, including hybrid roles that use your existing strengths as a way in. 2. CV and LinkedIn rewrite (3 hours): We rewrite both and test them against screening tools. We add measurable outcomes and reframe past experience for commercial and strategy roles. You get tailored versions for consulting and for industry. 3. Networking engine (2 hours): Outreach scripts, activation of your alumni and former-employer networks, an informational interview playbook, and a follow-up rhythm with a tracker to keep momentum. 4. Case interview prep (5 hours): Pharma cases covering launch, market sizing, pricing and access, and competitive response. Several live mock interviews with detailed feedback, scheduled around your real interview rounds. 5. Behavioral and fit prep (3 hours): A bank of 8–10 STAR stories, polished answers to “why consulting, why pharma, why now,” and the questions to ask that leave a strong impression. 6. Industry interview prep (2 hours): Hiring manager and panel simulations, presentation-round prep, and therapy-area fluency, including how your expertise carries over to new areas. 7. Offer and first 90 days (2 hours): Comparing offers, negotiation strategy, and a 90-day plan for a strong start in your new role.
