We’ll spend an hour figuring out what the actual problem is, cutting through the noise, and getting you to a clearer next move. This is not therapy. It is not a six-month journey of self-discovery. And I’m not going to spend 45 minutes asking, “How does that make you feel?” You bring the real situation. I’ll listen, ask questions, challenge assumptions, give you my perspective, and help you leave with something useful.
What's included
One 60-minute one-on-one coaching session. Before we meet, send me a few sentences about what you want to work on so we can skip the first 20 minutes of background and get to the useful part. My style is direct, conversational, curious, and practical. I’ve spent decades helping smart people solve communication, leadership, career, and business problems, and I’m comfortable telling you when I think you’re solving the wrong problem. There is no canned curriculum. We work on your actual situation.

I spent 29 years at Microsoft, most recently as a Director in Security Sales Enablement. That means I've spent a lot of time helping smart people explain complicated things, present to executives, influence decisions, lead teams, navigate careers, and communicate without losing the room. I've also sat through enough bad presentations, vague career advice, corporate jargon, and "executive presence" coaching to know what doesn't work. My coaching style is direct, practical, conversational, and low on ceremony. I'm not here to turn you into a polished corporate robot.
