What’s Next? Career Reinvention Intensive
You’ve had a career. Maybe a damn good one. And now you’re asking a surprisingly difficult question: What do I actually want to do next? This is not basic job-search coaching. It’s for experienced professionals who have accumulated skills, experience, relationships, accomplishments—and possibly a growing suspicion that they don’t want to spend the next ten years doing exactly what they’ve been doing. That creates a different problem. You have options. Probably too many of them. We’ll look at what you’re good at, what you enjoy, what you’re tired of, what actually matters now, and which opportunities make sense in the real world. Then we’ll turn all of that into an actual direction.
What's included
Three 60-minute one-on-one sessions. Session 1: Where are you really? What’s working, what isn’t, and what do you actually want more—or less—of? Session 2: We explore realistic possibilities, transferable skills, positioning, and the story connecting your past experience to whatever comes next. Session 3: We narrow the field and build an actionable next-step plan. My approach is part coach, part strategist, part experienced guy who has actually gone through a major career transition himself. I’m not going to tell you to “follow your passion.” We’ll figure out what is interesting, realistic, sustainable, and worth pursuing.

I spent 29 years at Microsoft, most recently as a Director in Security Sales Enablement. That means I've spent a lot of time helping smart people explain complicated things, present to executives, influence decisions, lead teams, navigate careers, and communicate without losing the room. I've also sat through enough bad presentations, vague career advice, corporate jargon, and "executive presence" coaching to know what doesn't work. My coaching style is direct, practical, conversational, and low on ceremony. I'm not here to turn you into a polished corporate robot.
