You are learning a new role, new people, new expectations, and a new culture—all while trying to make a strong impression. This coaching package gives you practical, personalized support before you start, as you settle into your role, and throughout your critical first 90 days and beyond. What's included
My approach is practical, personalized, and grounded in real-world experience. We work together as your new role unfolds, adjusting our focus based on what you're actually experiencing. I'll help you step back from situations, understand what may be happening behind the scenes, and determine the best way to move forward. I bring the perspective of someone who has worked inside complex, high-performing organizations and understands both the employee and leadership side of expectations, performance, and decision-making. Our sessions are collaborative and action-oriented. You'll have space to talk through concerns, ask questions, and build confidence, but we'll also make sure you leave with clear next steps you can put into practice right away. My goal isn't simply to help you survive your first 90 days. It's to help you understand your new environment, build credibility, establish strong working relationships, and create a foundation that supports your success well beyond your first few months. What distinguishes my coaching is the integration of real-world organizational insight with a focus on long-term sustainability. Rather than offering quick fixes or purely emotional support, I help clients step back, evaluate their situation strategically, and develop practical approaches that support effective performance without recurring overload. You can expect honesty, perspective, and steady encouragement. I will challenge your assumptions when needed, but I’ll also be your strongest advocate as you rebuild confidence in your judgment and direction. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling clearer, calmer, and more capable of making decisions that restore both your energy and your sense of purpose.

Performance Coach | Land the Role, Perform Strong, and Earn the Promotion
I bring over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, leadership development, organizational training, recruiting, and leading large-scale programs within complex organizations. Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with people navigating career decisions, leadership challenges, heavy workloads, changing expectations, difficult workplace dynamics, and periods when work and life simply felt like a lot. But what I bring to coaching goes beyond my professional background. I’ve been there. I’ve seen how things work behind the scenes including how decisions are made, what leaders are looking for, how performance is evaluated, and what can help someone move forward. I’ve also experienced enough of life and work to know that there isn’t always a simple answer or a perfectly defined next step. That perspective is a big part of why I coach. I’m genuinely drawn to helping people, and I want to share what I’ve learned so you don’t have to figure everything out on your own. Maybe you’re trying to advocate for yourself at work, navigate a difficult manager or team situation, prepare for an important interview, decide what you want next in your career, manage an overwhelming workload, or become more confident as a leader. Sometimes the challenge is more personal. Something happening outside of work may be affecting your confidence, energy, or ability to make decisions, and you need a place to sort through what’s happening and understand your options.
