I help creatives build radical self-awareness to become stronger leaders.
My clients have already accomplished a lot, and they're hungry for what's next. So that's the work, figuring out what "next" actually means for them, who they're becoming, and how to actually get there. I’m a certified professional coach (PCC, CPCC) with 20+ years of executive leadership experience in entertainment and high fashion. I’ve held roles from manager to COO, working in everything from tight-knit family businesses to global companies with thousands of employees. I’ve led operations, production, sales, and culture and engagement initiatives worldwide, helping teams navigate everything from rapid change to mergers and acquisitions. I know what it takes to traverse companies and creative spaces. I partner with individuals across all levels—from Fortune 500 leaders to scrappy entrepreneurs—spanning industries including technology, entertainment, fashion, finance, automotive, and wellness (Microsoft, Google, Disney, Capital One, etc). I help you build self-awareness by uncovering blind spots, shifting mindsets, silencing negative self-talk, and dismantling impostor syndrome. Together, we shape your leadership style rooted in clarity, confidence, and purpose. Outside of work, I co-host the Rebel Mindset podcast, where we challenge the status quo by interviewing rebellious leaders who succeed their way. I’ve run three marathons (in New York City, Berlin, and Rome) and am writing my first book, inspired by the 52 meetups I chased across New York City over the course of a year.
