Crafting Your MBA Story
This package is for applicants who are just getting started and want a strong foundation before writing a single essay. Through four live sessions and guided homework, we'll dig into what makes you you, what excites you, and where you want to go. Then we'll turn it all into a clear, authentic story you can carry through every part of your application. Common coaching activities in this package may include: 1. Intro & Kickoff (30 mins): We'll get to know each other, walk through the process, and set you up for your first homework assignment! 2. Own Your Strengths (60 mins): Through guided reflection (and a little help from the people who know you best), you'll uncover the qualities that truly define you. Together, we'll distill them into 5 key themes, each backed by strong stories from your life. 3. Understand What Excites You (60 mins): We'll explore the interests and passions that have shaped your path so far and start connecting them to where you might want to go next. Then we'll pressure test your themes and early ideas to find what feels most true to you. 4. Putting the Pieces Together (90 mins): We'll craft your short- and long-term goals, answer the "Why MBA?" question, and pull evidence from your past that shows, rather than tells, admissions you're the type of person who will achieve them. 5. [Optional] Tailoring by School (60 mins): We'll adapt your story to resonate with each school's culture and values.

Hi! I'm Cami. Originally from Los Angeles, I'm so excited to be back in California pursuing my MBA at Stanford Graduate School of Business. I spent the last 4 years before moving to Palo Alto in New York City, and I received my undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University (anchor down!) in Nashville, Tennessee. Prior to the GSB, I worked in management consulting, where I found that I loved helping people grow, especially when it came to communication and storytelling. That's the same energy I bring to coaching. My goal is to help you find your voice, tell your story in a way that feels true to you, and make the process feel a little less stressful (and hopefully even a little fun). Outside of work and school, some of my passions include distance running, hiking, and traveling (48 countries and counting!). I can't wait to get to know you as we take on this journey together!
