🎓 Senior Year: Full-Service Application Support
This is the all-in, deadline-season partnership — everything a senior needs to submit strong, complete applications across their full list, with me by their side at every step. We divide the work into clear milestones so nothing slips and no deadline sneaks up on us. What we'll complete together: *A finalized college list and application strategy (ED / EA / REA / RD decisions mapped out) *A complete, polished personal statement *Supplemental essays across the full list (up to 15 schools), developed to final *An optimized activities section and additional-information section *A finalized résumé and coordinated recommendation letters *Application review and submission support for each and every deadline *Interview preparation for schools that offer or require it *Financial aid and scholarship guidance (FAFSA/CSS awareness and key deadlines) *Post-submission strategy through January — including waitlist and decision planning
What's included
Synchronous (live): We meet over scheduled video calls — typically 45–60 minutes — booked in advance at a cadence that fits the stage we're in (roughly every 1–2 weeks during active stretches, lighter during quieter months). Live time is where we do the thinking together: brainstorming, mapping strategy, and digging into your student's story. Asynchronous (between sessions): I review drafts, résumés, essays, and application materials on my own time and return written, line-level feedback — usually within 2–3 business days of receiving your student's work. You'll also have message access to me for quick questions, which I answer within 1–2 business days. This means your student is never stuck waiting a full week for a session to keep moving. Deadlines and expectations: Every engagement runs on a shared timeline of milestones with agreed internal due dates — comfortably ahead of any real college deadline, never up against it. I'll hold your student accountable to those dates (kindly but firmly), and in return I commit to my own: sessions start on time, feedback comes back when promised, and nothing important gets left to the last minute. The one thing I ask is that your student submits work by our agreed check-in points, so I have time to give it the attention it deserves. During peak application season, staying on schedule is what keeps the process calm instead of chaotic — and keeping it calm is a big part of my job.
