I have been in business for over 30 years working to develop talent working with me. As a division head then division president for Panasonic I learned how to be successful by making others reach there potential. Along the way I benefitted from coaches and got my coaching certification in 2016. Since then I have been coaching-- from college students to small business leaders and those in larger corporations.
