What's included
Founder Advisory is delivered through ten hours of live 1:1 advisory sessions, typically scheduled over several weeks or months to provide continuity as your business evolves. This flexible format allows us to address new challenges as they arise, review progress, and adapt your strategy based on customer feedback and market conditions. Prior to each session, you’re encouraged to share any relevant updates, documents, customer insights, or strategic questions so we can focus our time on the decisions that matter most. Between sessions, you’ll have limited messaging support for follow-up questions and strategic clarification. Unlike a traditional coaching program, Founder Advisory is designed to provide ongoing strategic partnership, helping you think through important decisions, challenge assumptions, and maintain momentum as you build your company.

My career has been shaped by solving complex problems at the intersection of technology, business, and people. I started as a software engineer, spent several years in enterprise consulting helping organizations solve large-scale business challenges, and then spent more than 15 years in product management and product strategy, building enterprise software used by customers around the world. Today, I’m the founder of an AI startup focused on helping organizations capture operational knowledge and make better decisions through AI. Throughout my career, I’ve learned that great products and great companies are rarely built by following frameworks alone. They emerge from deeply understanding customer problems, asking better questions, validating assumptions, and making thoughtful tradeoffs. That’s the perspective I bring to every coaching engagement.
