Four 60-minute sessions with an ICF Professional Certified Coach and former Amazon Senior Manager who has supported many professionals through Big Tech layoffs. Sessions one and two reset the ground: what the role meant, what is actually yours to keep, and what you want next. Sessions three and four turn that into strategy: a clear target, a narrative with quantified impact, and a search plan that fits your energy rather than draining it. Ends with a written plan you keep.
