If you’re a student or recent grad, it’s hard to know how to turn coursework, internships, and campus involvement into something hiring managers take seriously. That’s where I can help. I’m a Senior Analyst in Sustainability & Climate Advisory with 6+ years of experience across ESG reporting, climate risk disclosure, and environmental and social risk management. My process Before we meet (async): Send me your current resume and, if you have them, one or two job postings or career areas you’re targeting. I’ll review everything ahead of time so our live time is spent on your goals rather than basics. Live session (video call): We’ll talk through your experience, your target roles, and my initial feedback. This is where I ask questions to draw out accomplishments you may be underselling, which is especially common for students whose strongest experiences come from coursework, research, campus leadership, or part-time jobs. Revision (async): I’ll send detailed written feedback and recommendations on content, structure, and presentation, along with a revised draft that reflects them. Follow-up: You can reply with questions or tweaks as you apply the changes, and I’ll help you fine-tune before you start applying.
