From Stuck to Momentum: Find Your Spark, Break the Loop
Stuck doesn't always look like being frozen. Sometimes it's burnout, sometimes it's numbness, sometimes it's a low-level dread you can't quite name, or that Groundhog Day feeling of doing the same thing and hoping for a different result. Whatever shape it's taking, we'll get to what's driving it, calm the nervous system response underneath it, and clear out the limiting beliefs keeping the loop running. Then we build real strategy and targets to move you forward. No hustle culture, no forced positivity. Just clearing what's actually in the way (often your nervous system and the stories it's telling you) so you can think clearly and act consistently. 10 Sessions Over 3 to 6 Months Cadence is flexible. We'll find the right rhythm for you rather than force a fixed schedule.
What's included
We'll chat together, working to uncover what's actually happening for you. The practices and modalities I use are science-based. Since the real work happens between sessions, you'll leave each one with clear action steps to make doing that work easier.
- A clear read on the pattern that's kept you stuck, what's driving it in your body and brain, not just your head
- Nervous system regulation tools to move out of fight, flight, freeze, or shutdown and into a state where you can actually think and act
- Limiting beliefs identified and dismantled at the root
- Actionable targets that evolve with you each session, not one-and-done goals
- Mindset practices grounded in neuroscience and positive psychology to lock the new patterns in

Neuroscience-backed coaching for high-performers ready to reach higher
I work on what happens in your brain and nervous system when the pressure's on, backed by training: Yale's Science of Well-Being certificate and Stanford Medicine's Positive Psychology and Well-Being program, plus hypnotherapy certification and a healthy respect for how weird brains actually are. I've spent 25+ years as a professional actor, producer, and writer. Along the way I've also managed downloadable content for a video game company and ran digital media for Twrrl, a mobile app that let users insert themselves into animated stories using their own face and voice. So my experience spans screen, stage, and a fair number of platforms in between. Somewhere in all of that, I started coaching. First actors and creatives navigating the pressure of being judged in real time, then entrepreneurs and small business owners figuring out their next move, then just people who wanted to stop white-knuckling their way through big decisions. I grew up between Colorado, London, and Karachi, which taught me early on how differently people define stress, success, and "normal." That's probably where my curiosity about human behavior actually started.
