Outbound Stack Blueprint — Design Your System Before You Build
Most outbound failures aren't execution problems — they're design problems. Teams build before they plan, and end up with a stack that doesn't fit their ICP, sequences that don't match their motion, and tools that don't talk to each other. This 3-session package gives you a solid architectural design before you spend a dollar on tools or an hour on build. What's included: Session 1 — ICP & Segmentation Workshop We define exactly who you're targeting, what signals matter, how to tier your accounts, and what data you actually need to reach them effectively. Session 2 — Tech Stack Design & Tool Selection Based on your motion, team size, and budget, we map the right tools for prospecting, enrichment, sequencing, and CRM. No bloat, no gaps. Session 3 — Sequence Architecture & Workflow Map We design the actual multi-channel sequence logic, handoff points, and automation triggers — so whoever builds this (you or a team) has a clear spec to work from. What you take away: • A written System Blueprint document you own and keep • Tool recommendations with rationale • Async Loom reviews between sessions on any materials you share Best for: Teams that are ready to build but need a solid design before execution. Also ideal as a standalone engagement if you want a second opinion on your current stack.
What's included
Each session has a specific agenda and output. I share a prep document before each call so we hit the ground running. Between sessions, you can share materials via Loom or async message for review. The Blueprint document is built collaboratively across all three sessions and delivered in final form after Session 3.
- Written System Blueprint document (yours to keep)
- 3 x 60-minute live sessions + async Loom reviews between sessions

I help professionals and businesses turn AI, automation, and better information systems into measurable operational and revenue outcomes. I’m a Toronto-based solutions engineer, enterprise customer success professional, and founder of Plinko Solutions. My work sits at the intersection of AI agents, CRM and workflow automation, sales infrastructure, and enterprise content management—helping teams move from scattered tools and manual handoffs to dependable systems people can actually use. Since 2022, I’ve built and implemented no-code and low-code solutions across prospecting, lead routing, CRM workflows, API integrations, content operations, and AI-assisted processes. Through Plinko Solutions, I’ve delivered client automation projects that improved pipeline velocity, reduced administrative work, and generated meaningful recovered and incremental revenue. Today, I also support regulated-industry organizations with information governance, document workflows, metadata, and intelligent information management. My background spans B2B sales, technical recruiting, customer success, marketing, client management, and education. As a dual U.S.–Canadian citizen raised in a West Indian household, I care deeply about making powerful technology understandable and accessible—not just available to people with technical backgrounds.
