With a rich background in leadership roles at prestigious institutions like the National Geographic Society and Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, I bring a wealth of experience in change management, strategic planning, inclusive leadership, community engagement, and cultural transformation. With more than 15 years in the higher education and non-profit sectors, I have experienced every aspect of an organization, including designing new functions, identifying process and policy challenges, forging effective cross-functional and external partnerships and collaborations, problem solving, and navigating personnel challenges. As a former C-suite executive for a global organization, I also have designed global strategies, and I am familiar with the need to foster consistency, while also leaving agility to adapt to the local context.
