About
Writing software full time since 2011, alongside a BSc and then a Master's at the University of Passau. Enterprise delivery in Germany and the UK since 2018. No shortcuts, no straight line. A genuine obsession with technology, how it works, and what it can do for people when it is set up properly. That path led through enterprise consulting, AI systems, and eventually Frankfurt, where the focus now is on what is coming next. Agents, large language models, and the infrastructure that makes them run in production rather than in a demo. Certified n8n Expert Partner, licence 18628384, valid through February 2028, with code merged into n8n core. I deliver automation and integration work across banking, telecommunications, public sector and manufacturing in the DACH region. The kind that still runs after the engagement ends, rather than a half-finished workflow.
Mirza also coaches for Build with AI, Break Into AI Careers, AI & ML Engineering, AI for Data & Analytics, AI for Finance, AI for Product Development, and AI for Sales & Marketing. View all.

Why do I coach?
Honestly, because nobody handed this over neatly. Every hard lesson came from trial, error, and a lot of late nights. If sharing that saves someone six months of frustration and that is worth more than any project. The goal is simple: help the next generation move faster, think clearer, and build things they are actually proud of. Spent years breaking things, fixing them, and figuring out what actually works in production. Now AI has changed everything and most people are drowning in noise trying to keep up. The tools are real. The opportunity is real. But cutting through takes someone who has been in the weeds long enough to know what matters and what does not. That is the conversation happening here.
Work Experience
GTM Engineer Behind Your Outbound System | Clay Creator
Clay
December 2025 - Present
As an Official Clay Creator and Clay Club Host in Frankfurt, Germany, I coach founders and GTM teams on building the outbound systems that Clay makes possible but most people never actually finish. Clay is a $5B platform and the fastest growing tool in B2B sales right now, but the data is clear: most users hit a wall within weeks, burn through credits without results, and end up using 10% of what it can do. That is exactly the gap I work in. I help teams move from a blank Clay canvas to a fully engineered outbound engine: enrichment waterfalls that pull from 150+ data sources, Claygent AI research at scale, and the downstream automation that Clay alone cannot handle. My coaching combines Clay's data intelligence with n8n workflow automation for CRM sync and sequence triggering, v0 for frontend lead capture and outbound tooling, and AI agents for hyper-personalized outreach at volume. Whether you are an SDR trying to understand why your sequences are not converting, a founder building your first outbound system, or a RevOps lead transitioning into GTM engineering, I give you the practical playbook, the working templates, and the architecture that actually runs in production.
Official Mastra Al Agentic Ambassador
Mastra Ai
October 2025 - Present
As an Official Mastra Agent Ambassador, I specialize in the hardest part of agentic development: taking a working TypeScript agent and making it production-worthy. Mastra is the fastest growing JavaScript agent framework of 2025, built on Vercel's AI SDK by the team behind Gatsby, and I coach founders and engineering teams on implementing its full primitive stack including agents, RAG pipelines, memory, MCP server integration, and evaluation frameworks that catch failures before they reach users. My coaching sits at the intersection of four official ambassador roles: Mastra for agent architecture, v0 for frontend generation, n8n for workflow orchestration, and Vercel for deployment. This means I can take your AI agent from a local prototype to a fully observable, production-deployed application backed by real business logic, with a TypeScript codebase your team can actually maintain. If you are building anything agentic and want it to run in the real world, not just in a demo, this is where we start.
Official V0 Ambassador
Vercel
September 2025 - Present
As an Official v0 Ambassador within Vercel's program, I work at the intersection where most builders get stuck: the gap between a working prototype and a production-ready application. Vibe coding has made spinning up interfaces effortless and the real challenge is what comes after. I help founders, operators, and technical teams take AI-generated applications through secure deployment, backend automation, and live monitoring, combining v0's full-stack generation capabilities with n8n-powered workflow automation so your app doesn't just look functional, it actually runs your business logic behind the scenes.
Director
next8n
December 2024 - Present
Official n8n Expert Partner and Ambassador and one of a handful worldwide. Most automations and implementations fail quietly: wrong architecture, no error handling, workflows that break the moment something unexpected hits. The work here is different. Enterprise-grade automation systems built for the DACH market, combining n8n with AI agents, vector memory, and the integrations that actually matter in production. Practical. Battle-tested. Ready to run. We Lead with trust, growth and brand values in mind without loosing the soul.
Official n8n Ambassador and Expert Partner
n8n
December 2024 - Present
As an Official n8n Ambassador and Certified Expert Partner, licence 18628384, valid through February 2028. Writing software full time since 2011, alongside a BSc and then a Master's at the University of Passau, with enterprise delivery in Germany and the UK since 2018. I have designed and deployed workflow systems across banking, insurance, telecommunications, public sector and manufacturing in the DACH region and the UK. That work spans compliance automation, AI-powered document processing, and large-scale process transformation. I have code merged into n8n core, one of a few hundred people who ever have. I coach founders, operators and enterprise professionals on building production-ready automation that goes far beyond templates, from a first workflow to multi-agent AI pipelines that run complex business processes without human intervention.
