Kellogg MBA | Big Tech S&O | Here to help you craft a powerful story
Hello! I am a current MBA candidate at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern. I offer a fresh perspective on the MBA application process – I recently underwent the MBA application journey and found success with multiple M7 acceptances while coming from a traditional, overrepresented applicant background. Regardless of an applicant’s hard stats, a successful MBA application requires a compelling story, powerful essays, and a polished resume, crafted via rigorous introspection of one’s experiences, strengths, and gaps. Whether it’s helping you narrow down a list of schools, brainstorming around your story, strategizing/reviewing essays and your resume, or helping prep for interviews, I’m here to provide end-to-end guidance throughout your application journey to help you stand out from the crowd.

Stanford/HBS/Wharton/CBS admit | Consultant | Big-10 Undergrad
I'm a Stanford MBA graduate and former management consultant, excited to help you prepare your best possible MBA application. After graduating from Ohio State University, I started my career at EY-Parthenon, first in Sydney, Australia, and then in New York full-time. During my time at EY-Parthenon, At Parthenon I specialized in the consumer products and retail sectors, and served on the firm's Americas strategy committee. As a candidate, I went from re-applicant to acceptances at Stanford GSB, HBS, Wharton, Columbia, and Darden (with a full cost of attendance Jefferson Fellowship). As a coach, I'm great for prospective applicants to the GSB and/or HBS. I can help fine-tune your story and brand, articulate your "Why" for an MBA at your desired school, explain a desired career pivot, and connect the dots between your professional and personal experiences. I have tangible exercises and frameworks for school selection, essay writing, resume building, interview prep, and waitlist strategy. As an applicant who started in a traditional "feeder" industry myself, I can help you stand out and craft a wholistic application. I recently went through the application process myself, and can help applicants of all types. Furthermore, I can provide first-hand perspective on the following: 1. Re-applicants 2. Applicants with degrees from state schools 3. Applicants coming from management consulting - helping you stand out 4. First-gen American applicants - helping bring your background and story to life 3. Fellowship applications (e.g., Jefferson Fellowship - Darden, Knight-Hennessy - Stanford GSB)

Essay and/or interview help for Stanford GSB or HBS
Never in my life could I have dreamed about ending up in Stanford. But I did. I went to school in Egypt and didn't have role models who obtained advanced degrees, let alone from the top MBA program in the world. It is not impossible. I am here to help as many people from a non traditional background end up in Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, MIT, Columbia and other top schools. I have helped numerous friends with their GSB, HBS, Wharton applications. I am here to do the same for you. From strategizing, to outlining the essays to making direct edits.

MBA Admissions Coach for Deferred Applicants & International Students
I’m Tara, originally from Indonesia, and a deferred admit to the Stanford GSB. I hold a degree in Political Economy from UC Berkeley, with concentrations in Law, Institutions, and Development. My career has been global in scope, beginning at the World Bank in Washington, D.C., and Brussels, where I spent over three years working with senior leaders in government, the private sector, and multilateral organizations across Africa, Asia, Europe, and more. My work ranged from shaping investor engagement strategies for the Bank’s $54+ billion bond issuance program to contributing to climate and education policy research, and leading a World Bank–funded legal empowerment initiative in Tanzania that now provides legal education to 1,000 girls. I was later selected for a competitive Princeton University fellowship in Rwanda, where I joined a consulting firm focused on private-sector development in fragile and post-conflict African countries and worked directly with one of Rwanda’s key economic advisors, who led the nation’s post-genocide reconstruction and development program. I am now based in East Africa, working in venture capital and investing in early-stage companies delivering tech-enabled need-to-haves across frontier and emerging markets. A constant thread through all my experiences has been storytelling. Whether connecting global investors to the World Bank’s mission, presenting the outcomes of development projects, or using creative arts to deliver legal education to girls in Tanzania, I’ve seen how powerful narratives can resonate with people, build connection, and inspire action. As a coach, my goal is to help you achieve the same: crafting and refining the most compelling version of your story so it becomes the cornerstone of your MBA application. I may be a good fit for you if you are an international student; interested in the intersection of development, finance, and public policy or political economy (including impact investing, venture capital, development finance, geopolitics, diplomacy, and academic research); pursuing or considering a global career; or drawn to the intersection of business and policy. I’m excited to help you navigate your MBA or university applications and advance your career ambitions.

Founder, Ex-Tech, Multiple M7 Admit | Essay Wizard & Application Strategist
Welcome! I’m an incoming MBA candidate at Columbia Business School and a graduate of the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. Having been admitted to every MBA program where I interviewed, including Columbia, Chicago Booth, MIT Sloan, and Yale SOM, I understand what it takes to build an authentic and compelling application. Beyond admissions, I’ve built a sustainable activewear company, Crave Active, and led AI-driven initiatives as a Program Manager at Zillow. My experiences as an entrepreneur and operator have shaped how I approach storytelling: every applicant has a unique journey, and the strongest applications bring that story to life. I’m here to help you uncover what makes you stand out, connect your experiences to your passions and goals, and approach the MBA process with confidence.

HBS MBA Coach | Non-Traditional Path Expert | 10+ Success Stories
HBS MBA from a non-traditional path — I didn't fit the standard profile and got in anyway. I work with applicants who have compelling stories they haven't yet learned to tell: career changers, founders, first-generation students, and people whose backgrounds don't map neatly onto a consulting or banking trajectory. I help you build an application that's authentically yours and makes the case for why your path is an asset, not an exception.
