Prior to joining Leland, I coached applicants independently for four years, producing a 93.75% placement rate into MBB (30 of 32 candidates) with consistent success across M7 and top-15 programs. After graduating from Harvard College with a degree in Neuroscience, I began my career in life sciences consulting. Currently, I am an MD/MBA candidate at Harvard Business School and the University of Michigan Medical School. I am also deeply involved in health tech entrepreneurship and investing. Before focusing on MBA admissions, I worked as a medical school admissions coach, which taught me how to quickly identify what makes an applicant stand out and how to communicate it clearly. My focus is on essays and narrative development--helping clients tell their story in a way that feels authentic, structured, and compelling to admissions committees.
