He was also a vice president at Red Arts Capital, a senior associate at Madison Dearborn Partners, a consultant at Boston Consulting Group and an associate at General Electric. He is also on the board of directors of A Red Orchid Theatre. He was on the board of directors of The Printing Museum. Dozie earned a bachelor of science, magna cum laude, in electrical engineering from the honors college of University of Mississippi, a master of supply chain management from Pennsylvania State University, a master of public policy from University of Cambridge as a Gates Cambridge Scholar, and a master of business administration from Harvard Business School.

As a first-generation college graduate who grew up in public housing, I learned early that talent alone isn't enough. My career has taken me from structured finance at Wells Fargo Securities to distressed investing at Lone Star Funds, real estate development at Trammell Crow Company, affordable housing and community development, entrepreneurship as the founder of Meridian Advisory, and public policy through my Executive Master's studies at the London School of Economics. I also serve as Director of Financial Wellbeing at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and teach Real Estate Capital Markets as an adjunct instructor at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Those experiences have shown me that the strongest applications aren't built around impressive resumes. They're built around authentic stories with a clear sense of purpose. Jack specializes in helping non-traditional candidates identify the consistent threads throughout their careers to develop a clear narrative and goal to present to ADCOMs. Jack studied liberal arts, traded leveraged credit at a global investment bank, taught English and math at an elite private high school, and now attends Columbia Business School. Jack's path to the M7 was windy, but intentional. He aims to help similar candidates in need of help building the confidence and story necessary for admission to a top MBA program.

I have successfully navigated highly competitive university, MBA, and consulting recruitment processes across the UK, US, and Germany. I was admitted to the Wharton Deferred MBA programme, completed a First-Class undergraduate degree at the University of Oxford, and received a full scholarship for my Oxford MSc. I have also secured consulting offers from McKinsey, BCG, ClearView Healthcare Partners, and ZS, completed internships at BCG and Merck Inhouse Consulting, and received full-time BCG offers in both London and Munich. In parallel, I have mentored more than 15 students from underrepresented backgrounds through successful applications to leading universities in the UK and US. My coaching helps applicants build a clear personal narrative, identify their strongest differentiators, and translate academic, extracurricular, and professional experiences into compelling CVs, essays, personal statements, scholarship applications, and interview answers. I provide structured, candid, and highly actionable feedback, with particular expertise in Oxford admissions, deferred MBA applications, consulting-oriented career narratives, and internationally competitive university applications.
