Business Master’s Admissions Consultants

I’m Aric, a graduate admissions coach with years of experience guiding students into top Master’s programs. As a former Assistant Director at Harvard Business School, I’ve worked directly with hundreds of graduate students and know what it takes to stand out in a highly competitive applicant pool. I help candidates strengthen every part of their application—from choosing the right programs and refining their personal statements to preparing for interviews and securing strong recommendations. My approach is both strategic and supportive, making sure you not only present your best application, but also step into your graduate journey with confidence and clarity.

Thanks for checking out my profile. With a Master's Degree in Public Health Policy and Analysis from UNC and an MBA from The Wharton School and ~20 years of mentoring and advising professionals trying to figure out the next step in their career journey, I have a deep understanding of what top master's programs are looking for in applicants. After a first career in strategy consulting at KPMG, Sg2, and BCG (so many Gs :) , my second career in the talent space led me to top tier strategy consultancies like Bain & Company and McKinsey & Company, where I honed my skills in talent acquisition, career development of my teams, and inspirational, authentic leadership. I have guided students and professionals through the complexities of master's program options, helping them identify the ideal program to achieve their long term career goals. Whether you're looking to pivot careers or enhance your current trajectory, I'm here to help you navigate the process with confidence. Let's connect and make your master's program aspirations a reality!

I help applicants connect their background, work, and goals into authentic MBA application narratives. I went from rural Virginia to Intuit to Stanford GSB and now Chief of Staff at a pioneering nonprofit. At GSB, I focused on social entrepreneurship and piloted a wellness marketplace for underserved BIPOC communities. I've successfully navigated applications through Consortium and beyond. I'm particularly effective with applicants transitioning between corporate tech and social impact, discussing personal challenges authentically, or coming from underrepresented backgrounds. I'm new to professional coaching but have years of mentoring experience through my Spark scholarship program and bring fresh perspective from recently completing this process myself.
