As a former Pastor of Worship & Mission at Anchor Church Palos, I successfully grew a volunteer team from zero to over 40 contributors and launched scalable discipleship programs. My role as a Facilitative Church Planter with Serge allowed me to design leadership development programs and provide one-on-one coaching to leaders across Scotland. I have also managed crisis response pathways as a Crisis Response Clinician, ensuring continuity of care and ethical standards. Why do I coach?
I coach because I have experienced the power of being coached. After a life-changing illness left me unable to work for 2 years, I had to start life from scratch. I needed help to understand how to balance acceptance of my "new normal" with a tenacity to break through physical, mental, and spiritual barriers. Hiring a coach was the best thing I ever did because it set me on a path of discovery and empowered me to be hopeful. My passion is listening deeply to understand your goals, your present reality, and any obstacles preventing you from moving forward. Then we get to work together to create a concrete plan to help you achieve and even surpass your goals. There's nothing more rewarding than helping people grow!
