About
I like to help people with their short and long term goals in their daily work and careers through being a mirror to their thoughts and a collaborator in their solutions.
Why do I coach?
I was in leadership positions for over half of my 40-year career with Caterpillar Inc. and what I loved the most was leading and working within a team to accomplish goals. I am a people person and I love to get to know and understand people’s goals and how to help them succeed.

Retired from a 40 year Marketing career at Caterpillar Inc. in January 2024. I was in executive leadership positions -- including a VP role -- for the 18 years of my career. Upon retirement, I completed my Associate Coaching Creditation with the International Coaching Federation in August 2025.
