My diverse legal background, from clerking to interning with the House Foreign Affairs Committee Legal Counsel, equips me with a deep understanding of the legal field. We identify tasks to accomplish and set deadlines for each, taking a step-by-step approach that feels manageable. Clients can send written drafts anytime, and I provide written feedback within 48 hours. I'm always available to answer pop-up questions and support. We schedule follow-up meetings as needed.

Like many lawyers, I started down a traditional career path: a judicial clerkship followed by litigation associate positions at a large regional law firm and an Am Law 100 firm in Manhattan. Unlike many lawyers, I made some significant pivots. I left the practice of law and pursued an alternative career path that included a teaching fellowship, work with legal tech/AI companies, and law school career counseling. As an Associate Director of Career Services, I served as the primary advisor to law school alumni, coaching lawyers across law firms, nonprofits, government, and in-house roles at every stage of their career, guiding them on resume preparation, job search strategy, and professional development. Through that work, I found my niche: coaching lawyers. As a first-generation college graduate, law student, and practicing lawyer, I navigated various career processes and transitions, from OCI and switching law firms to shifting to an alternative career path. I am intrinsically motivated to help others, and find it rewarding to use my background, unique career, and industry knowledge to help fellow lawyers build successful careers that are fulfilling and aligned with their strengths and values.

I'm a Stanford Law School grad working in-house in business operations at a startup. I previously advised startups at Goodwin Procter and developed product legal strategy at Microsoft. Before making the leap from law to business, I received summer associate offers from the top technology law firms, including Cooley, Fenwick & West, Gunderson Dettmer, and Wilson Sonsini. I also got offers from more traditional biglaw firms, like Skadden, Latham & Watkins, and Kirkland & Ellis. Having spent years in M&A and Sovereign Wealth Investments, I understand the precision, pressure, and politics that define elite legal practice—and the invisible work of having to prove yourself or be underestimated in the conference room as a female and racially diverse attorney. My coaching bridges high-performance strategy with human sustainability. I help first-gen, diverse, and female attorneys master both the craft and the culture of practice: navigating cross-border communication barriers, advocating for themselves in client or partner negotiations, and building practical skills for leadership, confidence, and resilience. I’ve also guided clients through career-defining decisions—whether pursuing the partner path, transitioning in-house, applying for state or federal clerkships, or joining government institutions such as the DOJ. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Intelligence (PQ), and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), I help clients identify and reframe internalized narratives that limit visibility or confidence, transforming them into deliberate, strategic presence.
