My coaching style is warm, practical, and collaborative. I provide a confidential, nonjudgmental space for physicians to reflect honestly, clarify what matters most, and navigate career and life challenges with greater intention. You are resourceful and whole. I am empathetic and informed by experience and curiosity. Coaching is not the same as mentoring, consulting, advising, or therapy. Rather than prescribing answers, I use deep listening, thoughtful questions, and physician-specific insight to help you recognize your strengths, identify meaningful choices, and take realistic next steps. We address the whole person—career, health, relationships, family, identity, and purpose—while keeping the work grounded in your real-world circumstances.
Expectations include: -Mutual respect of each other's schedule -Messaging will generally get a response within 24 hours. Much of the value and work of coaching occurs between our sessions. Commitment is required for results. There is no guarantee for positive results or outcomes. Coaching is a confidential, forward-looking partnership focused on awareness, choices, growth, and action. It is not psychotherapy, medical care, crisis intervention, legal advice, financial planning, or treatment for mental-health or substance-use conditions. When a client’s needs are outside the scope of coaching, appropriate referral is encouraged. Additional sessions will be made available at a discounted rate during a given application cycle.
