About
I help professionals navigate career changes, rediscover their strengths, and find a clearer path forward. With a Kellogg MBA and more than 20 years of experience spanning corporate strategy, entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership, I bring both practical business experience and a fresh perspective to career coaching. My approach is thoughtful, encouraging, and action-oriented. We start by understanding what you do well, what energizes you, and what matters most in your next chapter. From there, we explore opportunities that align with your experience, interests, and goals. Whether you're considering a career change, returning to work, or simply feeling ready for something different, my goal is to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Your next chapter deserves a plan.
Katharine’s Career Coaching Qualifications
Experience level: Intern
Careers rarely unfold in a straight line, and sometimes the hardest part is simply figuring out what comes next. I’ve spent more than two decades navigating my own career across corporate strategy, entrepreneurship, leadership, and reinvention. I’m particularly good at helping people make sense of their experiences, recognize strengths they may be overlooking, and turn a lot of possibilities into a clear, practical path forward.

Why do I coach?
I've always been fascinated by the possibilities people don't yet see in themselves. Throughout my career, I've worked across industries, built a business, and navigated professional reinvention firsthand. Those experiences taught me that career paths rarely follow a straight line, and sometimes the most interesting opportunities emerge when we're willing to look at our experience differently. I coach because I enjoy helping people connect the dots between where they've been, what they're capable of, and where they want to go next. There's something incredibly rewarding about watching someone recognize their own potential and begin to imagine a new chapter with confidence.
Work Experience
Experience Manager
NetJets
May 2025 - Present
Lead experience innovation and strategy for the private aviation fleet, shaping new products, services, and hospitality experiences for a highly discerning Owner base. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, customer insight, innovation, design, and business decision-making, partnering across functions and with senior leadership to turn ideas into actionable plans.
Founder
Sohe Studio
November 2004 - January 2025
Founded and grew a luxury design and product company serving private aviation, residential, and commercial clients. Over two decades, I built the business from an entrepreneurial idea into a multidisciplinary organization, leading a team of 15+ and managing everything from creative direction and client relationships to operations, financial decisions, and growth. The experience taught me as much about leadership, resilience, reinvention, and navigating change as it did about building a business.

Assistant Vice President
JPMorgan Chase & Co.
July 1998 - September 2004
Began my career in strategy and market intelligence at JPMorgan Chase, working as an internal consultant to senior and executive leadership on complex business questions, growth opportunities, and strategic decisions. The role gave me an early education in how large organizations really work - how ideas gain traction, how decisions get made, and how to communicate effectively across functions and levels of leadership.
