I cold-applied to ElevenLabs with no referral and no inside connection, and landed an Account Manager role at one of the fastest-growing AI companies. Before that, I spent my early career in onboarding and customer success at Podium, where I led an AI mid-market onboarding team and helped launch a Voice AI product, and then at Anrok. I started at Qualtrics as a recruiting intern, so I’ve seen hiring from both sides of the table. I’m about 3.5 years out of college, which means I remember exactly what it feels like to be on the outside looking in. I’ll help you figure out which companies and roles actually fit you, make your resume worth a second look, and prep for interviews that are more technical and fast-paced than most. I’ve also coached students before, as an academic advisor training peer advisors, so this isn’t my first time helping someone get unstuck.
