Joselyn Salazar Garcia

Hi, I’m Joselyn, a Principal at Google working across the GenAI product portfolio. I’ve spent my career in strategy and business operations, and I know firsthand what it takes to break into these roles and grow in them. I started at Boston Consulting Group, where I supported clients across multiple industries on their toughest strategic and operational challenges. From there, I joined Google as a Strategy & Operations Manager, went to business school, and stepped into a leadership role as Director of Revenue Operations & Strategy at Anchorage Digital, a fast-growing crypto company. Today, I’m back at Google as a Principal, helping shape strategy for its GenAI products. That path, from consulting to Big Tech to a high-growth startup and back, means I’ve sat on both sides of the hiring table and seen how BizOps and strategy roles differ across company types. I hold an MBA from The Wharton School and an MA from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.
