About
I’m a product leader and designer with 10+ years of experience building digital products across travel, hospitality, entertainment, healthcare, and commerce. I’ve worked with organizations including Disney, Expedia, Universal, and Ford, leading work from early customer discovery and product strategy through design and delivery. My career has also extended beyond traditional product design. I’ve worked across product management, consulting, client development, and entrepreneurship, helping teams turn ambiguous problems into clear strategies and experiences customers genuinely value. I mentor designers and aspiring product managers who want to clarify their direction, communicate their value, strengthen their portfolios or resumes, and make thoughtful career moves without starting over.

I bring more than 10 years of experience across product design, product management, and strategy, working on digital products for organizations including Disney, Expedia, Universal, Ford, and Papa. I’ve led work across the full product lifecycle, from customer research and defining the right problem to product strategy, experience design, stakeholder alignment, and delivery. Because my career spans both product and design, I can help clients strengthen their craft while also understanding the broader business and strategic thinking expected at senior levels. I offer practical guidance on portfolios, resumes, interviews, career transitions, stakeholder communication, and navigating complex product environments, grounded in firsthand experience building products used by millions of customers.

Why do I coach?
I coach because talented people are often much closer to their next opportunity than they realize, they simply need help connecting their experience to where they want to go. Throughout my career, mentors have helped me see strengths I was overlooking, navigate uncertainty, and approach important decisions with greater confidence. I want to provide that same kind of practical, honest support to others. My coaching style is encouraging but direct. I’ll help you identify what is working, uncover what may be holding you back, and leave each conversation with clear, realistic next steps. Whether you’re pursuing your first product role, advancing as a designer, transitioning into product management, or building an independent consulting career, my goal is to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
