I'm a Los Angeles-based SAG-AFTRA actor, producer, and acting coach, and I've been doing this work professionally for more than 20 years across television, film, and theatre. My credits include Grey's Anatomy, Scandal, A Million Little Things, Super Pumped and Miss Virginia. But honestly, some of the work I'm proudest of has happened behind the camera -- helping other actors settle in, trust themselves and find what makes a scene feel true. I was selected by director Ava DuVernay to serve as the on-set acting coach and mentor to the youngest lead actor throughout the five-month production of Disney's A Wrinkle in Time. That experience helped me recognize how much I love supporting another actor's process -- not by handing them a performance, but by helping them trust themselves and find what makes the work feel true. My coaching style is warm, direct and specific to the person in front of me. I'm not interested in forcing you into one "right" way of doing a scene or giving you a line reading. I want to help you understand what's happening in the story, connect to it in a real way and make choices that feel grounded, personal and alive. Whether we're working on an audition, a self-tape, scene preparation or simply getting you more comfortable on camera, my goal is for you to leave the session feeling clearer, more confident and more connected to your own instincts. I especially love working with young performers and developing actors, but I welcome anyone looking for a supportive, honest space to grow and do their best work.

10+ people coached for Acting

I'm a SAG-AFTRA actor and acting coach with more than two decades of professional experience across television, film and theatre. My credits include Grey's Anatomy, Scandal, A Million Little Things, Super Pumped and Miss Virginia. I've also coached and mentored young performers within major professional productions, including five months working closely with the youngest lead actor during Disney's A Wrinkle in Time and mentoring another young performer on Hulu's Future Man. Most recently, I helped a seven-year old actor prepare for and book a role on ABC's High Potential. My coaching is grounded in Meisner-based listening, truthful behavior, script analysis, and the realities of working on camera. I help actors make specific choices, trust their instincts, prepare strong auditions and self-tapes, take adjustments confidently, and remain emotionally present under pressure. Because I continue to work professionally, I coach from inside the process--not just from theory. Whether I'm working with a young performer, an emerging actor, or an experienced professional, my goal is to create a supportive and focused space where the actor feels safe enough to take risks, prepared enough to deliver and confident enough to bring their own voice fully into the room.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I know firsthand what it can mean to have someone truly see you. Throughout my life, I've benefited from professors, coaches and industry professionals who took the time to connect with me -- not only about my work, but about how I saw myself within this business. I grew up with a stutter, and for a long time it was something I thought I simply had to overcome. A mentor helped me understand what was actually happening with my speech and gave me language that allowed me to feel more at ease with it. That understanding didn't just make me feel more comfortable -- it helped me feel more powerful as a performer. Being seen that clearly changed something in me. That experience is a big part of what I hope to give other actors. I want to see the person in front of me, recognize what's already working and help them understand the things that may be getting in their way. I'm not there to hand someone a performance to copy. I'm there to help them trust themselves, make the work more specific and discover just how much they already have inside them.
