About
I primarily help ambitious women build the confidence, skills, and influence to become exceptional leaders. I work with emerging and rising leaders on things like executive presence, communication, navigating difficult conversations, managing up, building influence, making career decisions, and stepping into greater responsibility. I especially enjoy helping people who are highly capable but are still figuring out how to translate that capability into leadership. Working with me is practical, candid, and highly personalized. I’m not interested in generic leadership advice or telling you what you “should” do. We’ll get clear on what you actually want, identify what’s getting in the way, and work through real situations you’re facing at work. I’ll ask the questions you may be avoiding, challenge your assumptions when needed, and help you leave each conversation with a clearer perspective and concrete next steps.
Why do I coach?
I’ve spent my career in fast-moving, high-growth environments, building businesses, leading teams, navigating ambiguity, and working through the challenges that come with taking on greater responsibility. I’ve also had the opportunity to mentor and develop talented people along the way—and I’ve found that helping someone recognize their potential and figure out how to act on it is one of the most rewarding parts of leadership. I’m especially passionate about helping women because I’ve seen how often highly capable women underestimate their own readiness for the next step, overthink decisions, or feel like they need to prove themselves before they can step into leadership. Sometimes the biggest difference isn’t gaining another skill—it’s having someone who can help you see the situation clearly, challenge your thinking, and give you the confidence to act. That’s what drew me to coaching. I want to create a space where ambitious people can think out loud, pressure-test decisions, navigate difficult situations, and build the confidence to lead in a way that feels authentic to them. My approach is grounded in real-world experience, practical problem-solving, and honest conversation—not a one-size-fits-all playbook.
