About

I'm a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and a Harvard MBA. Before business school, I spent two years in consulting at KPMG, worked at Bridgewater Associates, and began my career teaching with Teach For America. I help MBA applicants and aspiring consultants connect their experiences into a clear story and build a focused preparation plan. For MBA applicants, I support application strategy, essays, and interview preparation. Before joining Leland, I helped seven people successfully matriculate into top MBA programs. For consulting candidates, I help with case interviews, behavioral stories, resumes, and recruiting strategy. Across both, the goal is to make your strengths specific and your reasoning easy to follow. Come with a goal, a question, or a draft. I'll help you identify the highest-priority gaps, work through them together, and define concrete next steps. I bring a teacher's mindset: meet you where you are, offer honest feedback, and help you build confidence through practice.

Why do I coach?

I started my career as a teacher with Teach For America, and helping people learn and grow has stayed at the core of what I do. I enjoy helping someone work through a challenge, recognize their progress, and build the confidence to take the next step toward a goal that matters to them. I coach because I want to support people who are willing to go after what they want. Ambition takes effort, but you don't have to figure everything out alone.
