I've always been wired to figure out how work actually flows, where the friction lives, what's worth systematizing, and how to make complexity disappear for the people doing the job. Turns out those instincts translate pretty well to building AI-powered workflows and upskilling teams to use them. What gets me out of bed: making hard things simple, building things that scale, and watching people realize they're capable of way more than they thought.
