Most people I coach are already smart and hard-working. Many have done 30 or 40 cases. What stops them is usually something nobody has pointed out: they freeze when an interviewer pushes back, they go quiet on the maths, or they're trying to sound like a consultant instead of thinking like one. That's what I look for in our first session. I did my MBA at HEC Paris, then spent six years at McKinsey in Germany on projects across Europe, Africa and Asia. Later I ran an executive search firm for strategy and consulting roles, so I've sat on both sides of the interview table. Since 2014 I've coached more than 3,000 people in 50+ countries: bankers, engineers, PhDs, a US Marine, an opera singer, and consultants deciding whether to stay or leave. I'm an ICF PCC certified coach, and I wrote The Inner Journey of a Consultant, a #1 Amazon bestseller about what consulting does to the people inside it. How we'd work: one session first. I'll watch you solve a case or talk through where you are, ask a lot of questions, and tell you honestly what I see. You leave with a written plan. If it makes sense to continue, we design the next sessions around you. If you mainly want volume, plenty of great coaches here will run mocks with you.
