About Elizabeth
My career started in international education and then navigated a career change by jumping into big tech where I've been at Uber for 5 years. I started in recruitment and talent acquisition before moving into Chief of Staff, and later Strategy & Planning (program management) roles. I’ve been recognized with multiple awards at Uber during my tenure and was a featured Speaker at the Grace Hopper Celebration (GHC) in Chicago in 2025. I understand navigating the complexities of the job search, strategic networking, salary negotiation, and story telling!
Why do I coach?
Coaching matters to me because I've seen what happens on both sides of the table when someone doesn't have the right support. It wasn't until later in my career, at Uber, where I found a mentor through their women's leadership community. She helped me to open doors while I was still figuring out where I wanted to go. That experience taught me what it actually feels like to have someone in your corner who believes in your potential before you've fully articulated it yourself. And that's my goal for my clients.
