About

I help mid-career and executive leaders drive impact and find more fulfillment, professionally and personally. Before becoming a coach, I spent 20+ years leading marketing and growth at global tech brands and local non-profits, including Expedia, GoDaddy, and Pacific Science Center, and I’ve served on several non-profit boards. I know firsthand what it’s like to carry big responsibility while juggling everything else life throws at you. Every coaching engagement starts with your goals, but clients often come to me to strengthen their executive presence and leadership impact, navigate change and uncertainty, step into bigger roles, balance career ambitions with parenting and life demands, get unstuck, or bring their work into better alignment with their values and purpose. My style is warm and approachable but focused on outcomes. My aim is for you to leave each session with clarity and real momentum. Outside of work, I’m a mom to identical twin girls, a runner, and a ski patroller.

60+ Career Coaching clients

I’ve led teams and businesses for nearly two decades, so I know firsthand what it takes to grow as a leader and build a career you’re proud of. I’ve driven marketing and growth at Expedia and GoDaddy, launched new products at the Space Needle, and served as CMO and Chief Commercial Officer at Pacific Science Center, where I led a business turnaround. Along the way, I hired, developed, and promoted people at every level. I’ve also navigated several career transitions of my own: from corporate to the nonprofit C-suite and back to tech, and most recently into launching my own coaching and consulting practice. So whether you’re going for the next promotion, stepping into your first executive role, pivoting across industries or sectors, or figuring out what’s next after a layoff, I bring real-world perspective on what it takes to lead and to make that next step. I’m a Wharton MBA and ICF-credentialed coach (ACC). My approach combines practical strategy, like sharpening your story, positioning yourself for the role you want, and building a plan to get there, with the bigger question of what success actually looks like for you. A great career move should fit your whole life, not just your resume. Outside of work, I’m a mom to identical twin girls, a runner, and a ski patroller at Crystal Mountain.

Why do I coach?

I’ve worked with coaches at key points in my own career, and they were incredibly helpful to my growth as a leader. Looking back on every role I’ve held, the part I loved most was coaching and mentoring my team. A manager once told me that all problems are people problems, and that idea really stuck with me. The biggest impact in any organization comes through its people, and I love helping leaders unlock that. At the end of the day, I simply enjoy working with people and helping them find clarity, confidence, and fulfillment in their work and lives.
