Ece Ulubay

My career has been anything but traditional, and that's exactly why I'm passionate about helping others navigate theirs. I studied International Relations and earned a master's in International Political Economy before starting my career at Pfizer as a Vaccines Product Manager. Driven by my interest in technology and healthcare, I pursued an MBA at MIT Sloan and interned as a Product Manager at Snap. After graduation, I joined Paradigm as an AI Product Manager, leading AI platform strategy, before moving to Sprinter Health, an a16z-backed startup, as a Senior AI PM. There, I led three teams, built an AI automation team from scratch, and launched an agentic AI platform focused on personalized patient care. Today, I'm a Senior Product Manager at Google, leading Jigsaw's Health AI portfolio. I've built a career in AI and tech without a computer science degree or a traditional technical background. Having successfully navigated multiple career pivots, from healthcare to startups to big tech, I know firsthand what it takes to break into competitive roles. I'm passionate about helping others do the same, whether you're transitioning into tech, breaking into product management, navigating MBA recruiting, or aiming for your next big career move. I can help you craft your story, position your strengths, and prepare for interviews with practical advice grounded in real experience.
