Born in Brooklyn NY, raised in a little island called Barbados. I am a 1st generation college graduate, who has passed the CPA exam and elevated to the level of Senior Manager at the largest professional services firm in the world (Deloitte). The foundation of my success was established by my mother and grandmother, who pushed me into situations that formed the man I am today. I came from a background where I didn't have the means or access to resources that others had. I learned to use my struggles as fuel/motivation to achieve my goals. Along my journey I vowed to myself that I will be the support for others who may not have the means or access to resources.

Why do I coach?
Deep down we all have a superpower. A talent or skill that is uniquely a part of our DNA. Helping people recognize that they are capable of more than they give themselves credit for, is my superpower. I'm passionate about helping others tap into their superpower. I became responsible for taking care of my brother and sisters at a very young age. Setting the example for them to follow and being there to help guide them through the obstacles of life. My life experiences have taught me that it is important to show up for people and let them know that they are tougher than their circumstances.
