About
I'm Danny DeJesus, founder of Elevatus Coaching LLC, creator of the C2R2E Life Transition Management and Transformational Resilience Framework, and host of "The Next Baseline" podcast. With more than 21 years of military service, 12 years of leadership experience, and a Master of Education with a concentration in Coaching, I've spent much of my professional life helping people navigate challenges, recognize their capabilities, and develop a clearer sense of direction. But my approach to coaching goes beyond professional experience. I've navigated my own significant life transitions, including personal challenges, complex co-parenting dynamics, and preparing for a new career beyond military service. These experiences have taught me that meaningful change often requires us to reconsider our identity, challenge our assumptions, and make difficult decisions about what comes next. Today, I coach individuals navigating career transitions, personal and professional growth, personal branding, and challenging co-parenting relationships. Whether you're redefining your career, strengthening your professional presence, navigating difficult relationships, or simply trying to figure out your next chapter, my goal is to help you gain clarity and make decisions that reflect what matters most to you. My coaching style is thoughtful, direct, collaborative, and grounded in personal accountability. I'm not here to tell you how to live your life. I'm here to help you ask better questions, examine your circumstances, recognize your options, and develop your own direction. My guiding question is: What do we build now to reach our next baseline?
Danniel also coaches for Transitioning from the Military, Career Coaching, Parenting, and Foreign Service & Intelligence. View all.
Danniel’s Life Coaching Qualifications
Experience level: Manager
I bring more than 21 years of experience in leadership, mentoring, personal development, and helping individuals navigate complex challenges. I hold a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration with a concentration in Coaching and am the founder of Elevatus Coaching LLC, a practice dedicated to helping individuals navigate significant life transitions, rediscover their sense of direction, and make intentional decisions about their future. My approach combines transformational coaching, adult learning principles, strategic thinking, and practical reflection to help individuals gain clarity, recognize their strengths, and take ownership of their personal growth. I developed the C2R2E Transformational Resilience Framework, which explores five stages of meaningful change: Collapse, Confrontation, Realignment, Reclamation, and Elevation. Through this framework, I help individuals examine difficult experiences, challenge limiting perspectives, reassess their priorities, reclaim personal agency, and establish a direction aligned with their values and aspirations. As the creator and host of "The Next Baseline" podcast, I also engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds to explore resilience, identity, accountability, and personal transformation. My coaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with understanding where we are, confronting what needs to change, and intentionally deciding what we want to build next.

Why do I coach?
I coach because I understand what it feels like to reach a point in life where the path ahead is no longer clear. Whether through career transitions, personal setbacks, changing relationships, or unexpected challenges, there are moments when we are forced to reconsider who we are, what matters to us, and what comes next. Throughout my life and military career, I've learned that resilience isn't simply about enduring difficult circumstances. It's about understanding our experiences, recognizing what we can control, and making intentional decisions about the lives we want to build. I believe people are capable of much more than they sometimes recognize, but gaining clarity often requires honest reflection, meaningful conversations, and a willingness to challenge familiar perspectives. That's why I coach. Not to provide someone with all the answers, but to create an environment where they can discover their own. I enjoy helping people recognize their strengths, understand their circumstances, reclaim their sense of agency, and develop a direction that reflects their values and aspirations. Through Elevatus Coaching and my C2R2E Life Transition Management and Transformational Resilience Framework, I've made that commitment central to my work. Ultimately, I coach because I believe our circumstances don't have to define what comes next. We have an opportunity to decide what we build from them. And that's the question I want every client to consider: What do we build now to reach our next baseline?
Work Experience
Founder and Thought Leader
Elevatus Coaching LLC
July 2025 - Present
I founded Elevatus Coaching LLC to help individuals navigate significant life transitions, overcome personal and professional challenges, and develop the clarity, direction, and confidence needed to rebuild their lives. My approach combines transformational coaching, adult learning principles, strategic thinking, and practical decision-making to help individuals better understand their circumstances and identify meaningful opportunities for personal growth. I developed the C2R2E Transformational Resilience Framework, a five-stage model encompassing Collapse, Confrontation, Realignment, Reclamation, and Elevation. This framework provides a structured approach to understanding major life disruptions, examining underlying challenges, reassessing personal priorities, reclaiming individual agency, and establishing a new direction. As founder, I oversee business strategy, service development, coaching methodology, educational content, digital marketing, and client engagement. I develop coaching resources and educational materials designed to make complex concepts involving resilience, identity, personal growth, and life transitions accessible and actionable. Drawing on my military experience and personal career transition journey, I have developed a strong interest in helping individuals navigate professional change and position themselves for new opportunities. While my experience includes understanding the unique challenges veterans and transitioning service members face when entering the civilian workforce, I recognize that many of these challenges are shared by professionals across industries and career stages. My career transition and professional development services emphasize LinkedIn profile optimization, résumé review and development, professional networking strategies, identifying transferable skills, and strengthening professional positioning. These principles apply to military veterans, career changers, professionals seeking advancement, and individuals reconsidering their professional direction. I also focus on personal branding for professionals, helping individuals identify their unique value proposition, articulate their expertise, and establish a professional identity that reflects their experience, capabilities, and aspirations. This includes developing compelling professional narratives, improving LinkedIn presence, strengthening personal brand messaging, and building credibility through authentic professional engagement. My emphasis is on helping individuals become more intentional about how they present themselves, communicate their contributions, and establish meaningful professional relationships. I also created and host The Next Baseline podcast, where I interview professionals, entrepreneurs, authors, and individuals who have navigated significant personal and professional transformations. Through these conversations and accompanying Elevatus Editorials, I explore leadership, resilience, accountability, identity, organizational change, and the decisions involved in rebuilding after major life transitions. My work at Elevatus integrates my graduate education in higher education administration and coaching with more than two decades of professional experience in organizational leadership, strategic analysis, workforce development, and executive advisement. Through these responsibilities, I have developed expertise in entrepreneurship, transformational coaching, leadership development, career transition support, personal branding, adult learning, strategic communication, professional development, educational content creation, stakeholder engagement, and business operations.
Intelligence Integrator
Space Command
December 2024 - Present
As a Senior Intelligence Advisor at U.S. Space Command, I provide strategic analysis, intelligence assessments, and operational decision support to senior military and civilian leaders. My responsibilities include evaluating emerging threats, assessing operational risks, and translating complex intelligence into actionable insights that inform strategic planning, mission assurance, and national security priorities. My experience includes supporting a satellite communications portfolio valued at approximately $15 billion, assessing risks to critical space-enabled capabilities, and integrating intelligence considerations into operational planning and capability requirements. I collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to identify emerging challenges, evaluate organizational and operational vulnerabilities, and support informed decisions in complex, rapidly evolving environments. This role requires strategic thinking, critical analysis, risk assessment, executive communication, and the ability to synthesize complicated information into clear recommendations. My contributions help strengthen decision-making, improve operational awareness, and support the alignment of intelligence assessments with broader organizational and mission objectives.

Senior Advisor for Intelligence
United States Space Force
February 2021 - December 2024
I directed intelligence training, workforce development, and organizational planning initiatives supporting more than 1,300 professionals across the U.S. Space Force. My responsibilities included evaluating workforce competencies, identifying professional development requirements, establishing training standards, and aligning personnel capabilities with evolving organizational and operational priorities. I authored the U.S. Space Force Intelligence Career Field Education and Training Plan, establishing a comprehensive framework for professional development, competency requirements, and training standards across the intelligence career field. I also directed nine advanced learning cohorts annually, sustaining a 98% pass rate while strengthening workforce readiness and professional competency. Additionally, I contributed to the organizational design of a future intelligence squadron, evaluating mission requirements, workforce composition, organizational functions, personnel requirements, and projected operational demands. This work involved assessing existing capabilities, identifying organizational gaps, and informing future force design to support emerging mission requirements. These responsibilities required a comprehensive understanding of the Defense Intelligence Enterprise and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), including the relationships among intelligence organizations, enterprise priorities, workforce development requirements, and interagency coordination. I applied this broader institutional perspective to align organizational design, training strategies, and workforce capabilities with defense intelligence and national intelligence objectives. My work involved collaborating with senior military and civilian leaders, intelligence professionals, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate organizational needs, develop workforce capabilities, and translate strategic requirements into actionable organizational and professional development initiatives. I also mentored and developed intelligence professionals, strengthening analytical proficiency, organizational performance, and leadership capabilities. I led process improvement initiatives to increase analytical efficiency and product quality, including the implementation of a quality assurance workflow that eliminated approximately 75% of process inefficiencies and recovered 547 work hours annually. These improvements strengthened reporting consistency, resource utilization, and organizational effectiveness. My experience required extensive collaboration with operational commanders, senior decision-makers, and intelligence stakeholders across the defense and national security communities. I developed a comprehensive understanding of intelligence integration, mission requirements, strategic planning, and the relationship between intelligence assessments and operational decisions. Through these responsibilities, I developed expertise in strategic intelligence analysis, critical thinking, threat and risk assessment, operational planning, organizational leadership, process improvement, workforce development, stakeholder coordination, and executive advisement.
