About Tatiana
I didn't follow the typical path into consulting, startups, or business school. I got into BCG from a non-target school, which meant a lot of cold outreach, coffee chats, and learning to make my case to people who had a certain profile in mind. It wasn't always comfortable, but it taught me how to advocate for myself. I landed at Boston Consulting Group after undergrad and during my time there was promoted early twice and selected for their competitive Social Impact Immersion Program. I had the opportunity to work on projects like COVID-19 vaccine rollouts and health equity strategy for state governments. After three years at BCG, I made the leap into a fast-growing women's healthcare startup, Maven Clinic. I helped build out the company's payer partnerships business, eventually supporting $10M+ in revenue and partnerships that touched millions of lives. I'm proud of that work, but I'm even more grateful for everything that experience taught me about adaptability and figuring things out as you go. I applied to five top programs and was fortunate to get into all of them. I ultimately decided to attend Stanford GSB as a Consortium Fellow and Forté Fellow. During my first year I explored VC as an investor for the GSB Impact Fund Healthcare Deal team and the MBA Fund, completed a Lowkey Notes presentation, and even won my Beer Pong League Championship. This summer I am interning as a Venture Fellow at Rock Health Capital. I'd love to help you do the same: whether you're trying to break into consulting from a non-traditional background, shape your own MBA narrative, or just want honest feedback anywhere in the process. I remember exactly what it felt like to be on the other side and I'd be glad to help you highlight your strengths and be more sure of yourself.
