About Rob
I am proud to be a First-Generation college graduate. Growing up in the South Bronx, America's poorest congressional district, I have had the privilege of attending and working for some of the top colleges and companies. My non-traditional background has been a powerful asset in these spaces, and I aim to help others recognize and harness their unique strengths. I am passionate about helping you grow in your power and achieving your goals. Let’s embark on this journey together! My Background: I'm pursuing a joint MBA/MA at Stanford Graduate School of Business and the Graduate School of Education. My focus is on how underserved communities can build economic resilience and workforce mobility amidst rapid technological change. I am honored to be the incoming Co-President of Stanford's Black Business Students Association (BBSA) and the First-Gen Low-Income Association. Before my time at Stanford, I was a Senior Manager at Correlation One, where I oversaw the growth and development of training programs designed to provide historically underrepresented groups with equal access to data-driven careers. Before that, I worked as a Client Solutions Manager within Facebook’s Global Business Group, managing partnerships with some of Facebook’s largest digital marketing partners. During my tenure at Facebook, I created an immersion program that introduced New York City youth to careers in the tech industry.
Why do I coach?
Access to resources for application or career guidance is both unevenly distributed and often financially accessible. I'm deeply passionate about changing this paradigm and I aim to be your companion throughout the entire journey.
