What you'll get from this package
Phase 1: Laying the Foundation. You cannot hit a target you haven't defined. We start by shifting your mindset from a passive job seeker to a proactive career strategist. We will execute a comprehensive Career Audit to extract your major accomplishments, quantify your impact, and gain total clarity on your ideal work environment. From there, we build a highly specific Target Company List using my 12-step framework so you know exactly who we are pursuing.
Phase 2: Building Your Arsenal. We execute a complete teardown of your marketing materials. We will build a highly effective resume from scratch and transform your LinkedIn profile into a 24/7 digital advertisement. Once your foundation is set, we go on the offensive. I will train you on proactive networking, including how to use the 7-sentence "No Job Opening" cover letter to pitch your value directly to decision-makers and bypass HR.
Phase 3: Engaging and Converting. We strip away standard, transactional interview answers and train you to act like a consultant solving a problem. We will cover everything from mastering the "Tell me about yourself" question to handling employment gaps and guiding the narrative. Finally, we run rigorous mock interviews and map out your post-interview follow-up and offer negotiation strategy so you successfully close the deal.
