About Julia

Hi! My name is Julia and I'm based in New York. I graduated from Princeton University in 2020 with a major in History. Though I pursued a liberal arts degree, I began my career in tech as a Solutions Analyst. From there, I learned more about working in software, interviewing at tech companies, negotiating salaries, and developing professional relationships as a new grad. In 2022, I transitioned to Product Management at an advertising tech company. I was learning on the fly to spin up product requirements, lead meetings with engineers, and develop a product roadmap for the team. Most recently, I joined MongoDB as a Product Manager 3, working on internal products, and have been a hiring manager on my team this year. It's been a challenging and rewarding career step for me to date and I'd love to share more about it with you!
