This starter package for leaders is semi-structured, meaning it allows you to select the focus topic of each call to suit your needs. Leaders I work with appreciate the pace and practicality. You'll see results quickly if you commit to coming prepared for each session and applying insights from our call throughout the week. I have no shortage of frameworks, tools, and feedback. I'm known to be empathically direct in sharing constructive feedback.
Each session lasts 45 minutes. Cancellations or no-shows inside a 24-hour window are counted as consumed and are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
