Each session is a working lab, not a lecture. You'll bring real conversations you're preparing for or avoidingโhigh-stakes updates, conflict, performance conversations, managing upโand we'll work through them together. Each lab includes: brief practical input on a leadership communication theme (executive presence, managing up, influence without authority, handling resistance); practice using concrete tools like the Leader's User Manual to clarify how you lead; structured peer feedback and red-team-style coaching from fellow leaders; and live practice in a psychologically safe environment so you leave with one or two specific moves to try before the next session. Between sessions, you'll get reflection prompts and action items tied directly to conversations happening in your world right now. Communication is a practice sportโtransformation happens through application, not just knowledge.

A personal "Leader's User Manual" โ a clear, written statement of how you lead, what you expect from others, and how people can work best with you. This becomes the foundation for every conversation that follows.

Live, practice-based group coaching. I combine frameworks with real-world applicationโyou practice high-stakes conversations in a safe environment, get immediate feedback from peers and me, and leave each session with specific moves to try before the next lab. No lean-back lectures. This is active, accountable, results-driven coaching for leaders who are ready to communicate like leaders.
This is a 3-month committed group cohort. All six 60-minute sessions are scheduled upfront on a bi-weekly basis. What you're committing to: Full attendance at all six sessions (live, online) Active participation and practice Bringing real conversations and challenges to work on Between-session reflection and action items Important: Pricing is fixed for the full 3-month package. Sessions do not roll over, cannot be banked, and cannot be used at a later date. If you miss a session, a recording is available (for your reference only), but group dynamics drive the valueโattendance is key. Small group (up to 10 leaders). What's discussed in the lab stays in the labโconfidentiality is expected. Start date: ANY TIME on or after March 12. You'll receive calendar invites and Zoom links upon enrollment.
